City Canal Ferryman

The Ferryman hails from a faraway land. He scrapes a living together within the city by transporting weary wet passengers through the city's canals, which the ferryman knows like the back of his hand. His possessions (which aren't much) stay in the boat, among them items and trinkets he brought with him from wherever he may have come. The kindjal is a royal blade, this much I can say for certain.
